About SEND Support

We passionately believe all children are important whether they attend our schools or not and this includes children who learn differently. Their futures are important so let’s shape them together.

We have become increasingly aware of the lack of provision of expertise for SEND and so are looking to further the reach of the outreach team.

We tailor our support service based on your setting's individual requirements

Bespoke, innovative, short-term plan agreed at the initial consultation. This may include school visits, coaching, modelling, recommended interventions, working parties and /or staff training

We regularly facilitate SENCo cluster meetings for other Trusts and local schools

Running alongside the in-school support we also offer online and bespoke advice to ensure the provision is continuous and as effective as possible
